The July show is “ The Heart of Nevada. Reception is on July 5th from 12 to 4. Come and see Nevada scenes done by local artists and enjoy the hors d’oeuvres and wine.
I have two pieces in the show as well as work on my wall in the gallery. The Artist’s Co-op is at 627 Mill Street in Reno.
Coming in August: “The Art of Words” show. This is a benefit exhibit with 20% of gallery sales going to the SPREAD THE WORD NEVADA literacy group during the month of August. This organization is the state’s largest literacy nonprofit, dedicated to advancing early childhood literacy by placing books in the hands and homes of children in Nevada’s low-income communities.
Along with other local writers, I will be signing my books at the reception on August 2nd. There will also be poetry readings by local poets. Come between 12 and 4 for books, poetry, food, wine and art!
Wilbur May Museum
“Into the Wild” is the current show at the May Museum. There is work from members of the Latimer Art Club throughout the month of July. The artist reception is on July 11th from 1 to 3.
My “Incan Snake “ is in this show. The May Museum is in San Raphael Park in Reno.
Artsy Fartsy Gallery
Come to the best gallery in Carson City on Nevada Street! I am showing 10, no 8, (2 have sold), of my watermedia batiks at this fabulous gallery. They are located at 405 N Nevada St in Carson City and are open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 to 5.
Latimer Club Show: Into the Wild
July 1 through 31, showing of Latimer Club members’ artwork at The May Museum. Reception is July 11, 2026 from 1 to 3. My “Incan Snake” is in this show.
Dark Shot Coffee
Artwork by Co-op artists is on display and for sale at Dark Shot Coffee, 300 E. 2nd Street. We also conduct an artist in action demo painting at the coffee shop once a month.
Big Horn Olive Oil
Artwork by Co-op Artists will be on display at the new Big Horn store next to Grateful Gardens on Double R and South Meadows starting later this month.
